Refund policy

ATELIER ZI RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, jewelry must be returned in its original, unworn and unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, resizing, repair, or modification are not eligible for return.

All returned jewelry is inspected and authenticated before a refund is issued. The item, diamonds, gemstones, settings, markings, and identifying characteristics must match the item originally shipped by Atelier ZI.

Customers must contact Atelier ZI before returning an item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or had a verified manufacturing defect. For your protection, returned jewelry should be shipped with tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation. Atelier ZI is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

30-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

Atelier ZI provides a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss or theft, or lost, chipped, scratched, or damaged diamonds or gemstones. All warranty claims are subject to inspection.
